I booked for refill the Gas cylinder on 13.12.2007 on emergency basis as a religious function was celebrated in in home. They promised to deliver the cylinder next day. At the urging of Arlington County Police, my wife signed-up with "free 30 day credit card reports" as my son's i.d. had been stolen. My wife naively gave this company #3 social security numbers and our credit card number. Result... she forgot to cancel... after 30 days and M.N.I. has been billing my credit card in the amount of 11.95 ..three times each month for the past three months. I bought a SONY Blue Ray Disc Player from IEI (Interstate Electronics Inc) in Hazlet. The box was supposed to contain a one Spider Man disc, but it did not. I called IEI, and they gave me SONY 800 number. When I went through 4 numbers from one to the other to find out there is no way you can find who you can talk to within SONY who can rectify the problem. I am very disappointed in the service I have continued to receive for this company... I stop at this particular McDonalds almost every night and something is always wrong. We have experienced 3 incidents of the non-approval of our checks by Certegy Check Services. There is something you can do to fight back, file a complaint! This is a Tampa Florida based company so I elected to file a complaint with the Division of Consumer Services, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services rather than the Federal Trade Commission. Does not have a name. One person there getting your bank acct number and charging $31.98 out of your account with loan application. They use information. My name is Jesse Trumpore and I received this card in the mail saying that my balance is $250.00 when I didn't even activate the card. I found out that I had to pay the $250.00 so I did not activate it. I am trying to call the Customer Service Line and they keep disconnecting me, there is nothing that says to speak to a rep. We have an account with Amazon.com seller central, we use their marketplace to sell our products. They recently launched an assault on us, they suspended our account and they put a freeze on $5380.00 balance for the next 90 days. They failed to give us any reasons for account suspension, we offered them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue in an open dialog but they refused to call us and communicate with us. Everyone should be aware that this is a fraudulent company. I ordered magazines last christmas and they have never been received. When I tried to contact them, I received an answering service.
