I've been taking my Shih Tzu to Ursula's for about 6 months now and was referred by a neighbor to go to a particular groomer. We used to be a loyal customer to Mike's Car Wash until 2months ago when Mike's car wash machine ripped the gas door off of our Volvo. 2 months later, we are still trying to get repairs completed satisfactorily. Mike's did send us to a repair shop and agreed to pay for damages. Although the fuel door has been replaced, it no longer locks. We had Dish Network for 12 months. First, the monthly billing was NOT what they had promised. I had taken notes when I requested the service and they did not ever come close to the rates they promised. I wasted hours trying to talk to someone who would help. I ordered a free 15 day supply of Phenterthin. I paid shipping and handling. As of Dec. 21 there is an amount of $69.95 which is going to be taken out of my account. In December I dropped off a silk dress only worn once to the Dilworth location of this cleaners that 2 spots on the front. When I picked up this dress there were multiple huge water/chemical stains all over the dress in addition to a chemical burn on the bottom of the dress. I order Direct TV in Sept 07 with hi def. Now they take 3 hi def channels that came with the hi def package, and they separate them now into another 5 dollar add on. When I call them they say their continually trying to improve their service with additional programming. The improvement however is to their benefit. I have been with Verizon since 1999. When It started out, it was fine. Two, three years later it wasn't fine, but was usable. However, in the last six months, their service and customer service (I use the term very loosely) has deteriorated to such a point that I sometimes long for dial-up. A telemarketing person called me stating that India calling is available at 4 cents a minute. I signed up for that. After a month I got a bill showing connection fee of 39 cents for each call. I called them and the customer service person stated that they have 2 plans: one without connection fee which is 7 cents and other with connection fee + 4 cents. After lot arguing he agreed to give a refund of $10 in next months bill. I got 2nd months bill, which showed 12 cents per minute and hefty tax of 30 %. I called them again.
