I ordered (and did receive a CD in the post from this company. The CD was advertised aas "free" except for 1.95 mailing charge. But, Christmas Eve, they extracted another $39.95 from my credit card. How do I get this back??? It is entirely unethical and maddening. I see other people have had similar misfortune. How can this practice be stopped? It makes it difficult for any reputable business on the net... who wants to give out their credit card number if it`s then used for multiple withdrawals!!?? This website claimed that if I completed 6 offers, I would get a 250$ gift certificate. I completed six of them; but only two companies among the 6 reported that to BRANDARAMA. I really doubt if Brandarama has any connections with all those companies listed. I tried to call Bradarama a lot of times; but was not answered even once. Dec. 13 I had a long conversation with someone in sales at Vonage. Included in the conversation was the fact that I have the ATT Elite High Speed Internet package. My wife and I had the worst customer service from delta airlines.After my wife was forced to purchase a second ticket of $1600 before being allowed to board the flight to Ghana. I brought my car in for an overheating engine. I was quoted 215 dollars to replace a thermostat.The The mechanic that looked at it ran a diagnostic test and informed me the thermostat was good but the water pump had failed and needed to be replaced. When we got our phone bill this month it showed a fee of 19.95 for Members Edge Voice Mail Monthly this was never ordered but here it is on the phone bill. My husband called the number for the billing questions and spoke to some rep she asked him some questions and most of them matched age, address, ect. but the mothers maiden name was wrong. The lady said she would take the charges off the bill and to be careful, they probably got this info from some survey he did on-line. I find that communication between Countrywide Home Loan Inc. and me the customer is severely lacking.
