My dog was boarded at Brea, CA PetsMart for a couple days while I went away with my husband for his birthday. Second day we were gone we received a call about our dog. He was injured during play time, and it was not an emergency. When we went to get him, he could not walk on his hind right leg, the vet says he has torn is meniscus and possibly has a hip fracture. On 12-24-07 I purchased a $347.51 Streamlight TLR-2 light (a component for a firearm) and when I got it home I found it to be defective. Two days later I returned to the store with it to ask for an exchange. It was pointed out to me that on the receipt it is stated "all sales are final". Fair policy access... be aware before you sign on the line. You won't be able to watch a movie or download much music. They will cut you off for 24 hours. This company is charging me an arm and a leg ($2300.00!) for incomplete and half-ass work. Just looking at the car you can see the back tire is not straight (like it should be) and the shop manager basically told me that it is an optical illusion because the fender is bent. My car almost spun out doing 55 mph yesterday when I used to be able to take it at 70 mph with no problem. I looked at the car myself and saw that the suspension bolts were loose... They keep ignoring my pleas for help... My wife and I had a terrible experience at hairclub. The chemicals used (citric acid) to remove the glue (adhesive) caused more damage. After a initial 3 1/2 consultation, Care Credit paid Hairclub $500. for services not even rendered. Then when she went, on 12/11/07, they adhered the first cap onto her head. I have been taken advantage from Morgan Jewelers by a crooked salesman named Danny DelRossa. This guy told me I could return an item I purchased from Morgan Jewelers in Santa Maria California within 30 days but when I decided to take the item on his condition, he said I can't take it back. Never enough Cashiers at the East West Connector Store in Austell Ga. There is never a person supervising front end operations, no sense of urgency. It is like the front end is on automatic in the evenings when shopping there. When a person spends $800.00 a month in your store they should not have to stand in line 45minutes to be checked out. This is the major check approval service used by most retail stores, the problem is when they have bad data or your financial data mixed up with another customer, you get denied check cashing and Fidelity/Certegy could care less about fixing the mistake. this has been happening to me for over 3 months, with promises to fix the problem, but all I get is screw-up after screw-up. Almost a total lack of information. A Criminal Check on a convicted Felon/career criminal, checked in states with known convictions, revealed only one arrest. My doctor writes 90day scripts and this saves me money. I had refills sent 12/06/07 and when I received them from UPS I opened the package and knew right away some medicine was missing. I counted the pills, propoxphene, and there were 120 pills and it was suppose to be 180. I was missing 60 pills. This is the third time they have shorted my medicines. Authorized repair shop in Istanbul said Nikon stopped making parts and I should search around for parts in independents. I check my account frequently. I found charges that were not authorized by me on my account. One for 40 dollars and two other in the amounts of 7.95 and 9.95. One of them was register on Christmas Day! I know for a fact I was no were near a computer that whole day! I had call the company and asked them to remove the charges because I did not authorize them and they said the return would show up with 5 days on my account.
