They billed my credit card prior to the cancellation trial period. When I tried to cancel they would not do it unless I got a confirmation No. and went into their web site to cancel. My computer was down and I had to go to another computer to cancel and get the charge off my credit card. I contacted Joe and he said that he will not re-send the package nor will he give me a refund. He has no tracking number or record of sending the item. Received a charge from Jrb Roofing on nov 16, 2007 for $432.56 on my visa credit card statement, called credit card co. and registered complaint, told to fill out form and return, did, but checked farther, i live in alabama. This charge was for material & labor, no way, this is a 'company' located in the Broadwalk Apartments on 1825 S. I had $31.98 taken from my bank account without my authorization or consent. I tried calling the 1-866-575-0260 number I received from my bank and got the same response as everyone else. I then called a friend of mine assigned in Washington, DC who just happens to be part of Homeland Security. There is an ongoing investigation about this company. It only looks like it’s “charging” when your battery is not yet totally empty. But during that process, your battery will eventually drain out... and... when you try to re-charge it... it never does... and you don't hear the usual “beep” that you hear on a “working” n80i. Hello, The 110 coupons are either not available or having 50 Rs talktime. These tata guys had changed their website info and displayed 50 Rs talktime only for Maharashtra and for all other states 97 Rs. (What a gratitude!) But now the info has changed and talktaime shown is 97.9 Rs for 110 Coupons. But it seems that only info is changing and physically coupons are not supplied. Please do something! Talk about mistaken identity. I am from Philadelphia, PA. This collection agency called my cell phone regarding a $20 past due payment to Fairview Medical Center, in Minnesota. They were unable to provide for me what the past due amount was for (ie, lab tests, doctors visit). All they could say was the original charge was dated 03/25/07 (they called 12/17/07). Well, I'm yet one more person who has been ripped off by Ultimate Warranty. I bought my contract in May of 2006 for $2,200. This October, after making payments of $1500, I tried to put in my first and only claim of $603 to get my car repaired. Dear Sir, We had Purchase and Hp Laser Jet 3055 Printer on 26-04-2006. On 24-11-2007 there was an problem in the printer that the paper was not feeding in to the system. We had an AMC with the dealers they took it back for the service to HP service centre. Dear sir , My LPG distributer is Ananth Gas Agencies, Near H.A.L.Hospital, Bangalore - 560017, my cust. No 78331 and category is domestic double. My distributer does not book refill requisition till 3 weeks after the supply of previous cylinder. Then he takes 10-12 days to supply it. Hence practically I cant get supply before 31 to 33 days. I had purchased a Sony Ericsson W 950i in April 2007. The phone worked fine for sometime initially, but then the headphones stopped working. thereafter the phone stopped synchronising and making a back up with the computer.
