I have never taking this far to complain about a company, but this time, I have to do it. I had a pair of diamond earrings stolen by the house keepers at the hilton in disney. The worst part is the hotel would not even allow the police to interview the employees who had been in my room without a warrant. This is a problem because the employees were still there and i would have had at least some chance of recovering my property if the police were allowed to do their jobs that day. I have purchased the vehicle Tata Indigo marina CG-07-8015 on 30th Aug 2005. I have bought from this company over half a year ago without problems. My shipment came in within the expected 7-10 days period. I was happy with the purchase. In November I reordered the same items. It has been over a month. I have sent three requests for a tracking number or proof of delivery. I called Network Agenda, BSM/Grant Search and found out that all this stemmed from me getting involved with Google!! make sure you cancel Google and cancel EVERYTHING that goes with it! We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S*** we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. I ordered 6 seasons of carol burnettt and friends and a tim conway comedy for #$120.00, they had no problem charging my card, but they also sent me only 1 season with the video case all smashed and the tapes all scratched/which also skipped and froze when I tried them. Misleading advertisement. Stated that free gift of a 79.00 field binocular, and two free reports valued at $29.95 each would be coming with product. The binoculars are basic, and the two reports were only a few sheets of paper. Nothing that could be considered a $60.00 value. I believe that misleading advertisement is against the law as well as unethical. The product itself may be a good product but get bad vibes when the truth is stretched as this was. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Aspen from Magnussen's. This vehicle was equipped with a Satellite Radio with a years subscription from SIRIUS. The satellite radio ceased to work. I called Magnussens and they tell me its my problem. Contact was made with SIRIUS via telephone, (four calls resulting in almost) two hours. I bought this more expensive electric can opener only about a month ago and now I just want to give it away to some unsuspecting person on Freecycle. It's a piece of garbage that can't open a can in just one cut. Try ten cuts and you may get the can opened enough to pry into it and scoop out the contents. It can't grab the can. The lever with the blade keeps falling off and you have to hold the lever 'just right' to get it to contact the slippery black button switch that runs the motor. Living Well Lady Fitness Centers is taking advantage of it's members. They conveniently sent a letter dated November 19th notifying members of a charge of $25 for 'enhancements' to the fitness center. The letter was not received until December 12th, after the fee was debited from my checking account. I have a complaint about workers making appointments to do work in your home & not keeping them. Most people have to take off from work to be there, then they don't show. I'm having such problem. I went with a retail store for kitchen tile to avoid such a pitfall. However it happened to me too. The job started November 12, to be finished (except for around the kitchen cabinets) in 4 days. took my pet cat Smokey, to Banfield after he became weak, could'nt walk or use his legs. I thought that the cat had eaten a rat or a poisoned small animal; I was told that he ehad an infection and was given prednisone, antibiotics(baytrol?) and vitamins. I went into the store and ordered tile. My original intent was to pay by the credit terms that PINO TILE and Mohawk flooring offered. A PINO TILE REP came out and measured. May 11 2005, we purchased the best set of appliances Electrolux Home Products make, Frigidaires Pro Series, On Dec 15. Only 7 months later we had to repair the ice maker under warranty ( no problem) well it never got fixed till late Jan/06. On Feb 21/06,The repairman made another house call to repair the ice maker again, Well it never got fixed till Mar 29/06. We have been customers for at least 10 years and have not missed a payment or deadline. I called on November 27th, 2007 for a payoff balance of our mortgage. When made the appointment, they said that they will take my secondary insurance, the day of the appointment refused and I was not able to wait for another provider, paid $5040 for the procedure, can't get any money back from the billing department. The day before yesterday, I went to my usual store (M and W Food Market) to buy a bag of tobacco and was stunned to find out that they had raised the price by $6.02 (was $18.99, now is $25.01). I purchased something from McAfee 3 months ago using the TELECHECK service on their website. It ended up being the wrong product so they refunded me the money. Well a month later I get a collection notice in the mail saying I owe TELECHECK $87.00. I have been on the phone for the past 2 months trying to sort this out. McAfee has contacted TELECHECK to tell them that the product was refunded and STILL they are harassing me with this. I sent them my bank statement proving that it had been charged and then refunded. Deceptive warranty, and slow service. Made mistake of buying service contract / agreement from GE for microwave and oven, and, after five months, nearly 10 service calls, and mis-ordered parts, etc., they have decided no to fix unit. Instead of replacing model, they offered me the option of purchasing a new model at about $1,500. This seems rediculous as the unit new costs $1,800 at Home Depot.
