I had purchased a health contract for my dog Pinki in 2002, Pinki died in 2004. At that time I told them I was cancelling the contract as I did not have another dog. They agreed. Then they started sending me bills for the contract and said I had to pay it before they would cancel it. I told them they had already agreed to cancel it. Then they turned it over to a collection agency. I filed bankruptcy in August of 2005 and they were included in the bankruptcy which was discharged in January 2006. I ordered the book and found the program to be too expensive to do. Colonic treatments and organic food, what a rip off. I too tried to call customer service for a RM (return merchandise number). Finally you must call the 800 number on you credit card statement, then they give you the run around after being on hold for 50 minutes and tell me that someone will call you back. I finally called again and got my RM #, sent the package back requesting a signature of receipt. Providian decided they wanted to start charging me "over the limit fees" when their finance charges take me over my credit limit. They did this 2 straight months before I closed my account and made a payment that would not allow them to do it again. Basically, I would be at $2,450 (Providian gave me a limit of $2,500), would buy gas ($40) to keep me under my credit limit by $10. Sir, I , Dr Rakesh Ponnala, using BSNL broad band service from last month under the name of my father Sri. Ponnala Ramaiah, tel no. 0870 2573442,took monthly 500 plan which has 2.5 GB limit. After checking the usage on the server, I could note clearly that the uploads and downloads I used in the month of november was 1428253 kb, which is equal to 1.3 GB, that means I havent crossed my download limit. What actually happens here is that once you have used Intelius, they send you an e-mail which usually goes straight into everyone's spam folder, since it reads as spam. The e-mail itself is an opt-out for the 14.95 monthly recurring fee for 24 Protect Plus or AP9*PMIDENTITY.COM-V (the charge which showed up on my statement) or any number of the umbrella sites they use to 'protect' you from identity theft. I was out today wearing a pair of Hush Puppies Sandals (name unknown) I have only worn about ten times when the heel of one of them completely disintegrated and on looking at it it had also cracked across the sole of the shoe. A woman in Alabama ordered a Balloon Bouquet from this company it was suppose to have 6 Mylar Balloons and 6 Latex. She paid approx 55.00. It was for delivery to her granddaughter in Texas. 1-800Balloons.com sent the order via the Dove Computer System, TeleFlora Wire Service (which is actually for florist to send one another orders). I recently ran across a string of fraudulent websites when I was searching for Christmas presents. Ultimate DVD Shop, a sister company of TV Series, that is an alias for DVD Donkey and TV Addicts. Last week I purchased "Oatmeal Raisin" cookies by Voortman at the Publix, and I was very surprised when found a metal piece of something in the package between 2 cookies. If I never noticed that metal piece and made a bite, I would probably broke my tooth... I have no clue why it was with the food, and how dangerous it might be to the health.
