I ordered a movie November 16th, and have been fighting with this company ever since. I've tried doing live chat with them & they change their story every other line - they can't even tell the truth or don't know what the truth is. I will be trying to do a stop payment on the order. I would like to file a complaint on my mail carrier, he refuses to deliver my mail because my mail box sets back 4 inches from my neighbors (mail boxes are on posts near the curb on our road).
