I have been waiting for 2 years for an update for the dated software in my Magellan 800. They keep telling me it is coming but never comes. When I call, I end up in India and they just keep repeating that it is coming even when I ask for a specific date. You can't seem to reach anyone with Magellan who gives a dam. This number was barred within 5 5 days after activation. I called so many times at airtel customer care, all the time their executive noted my concern, but did not take any action till now. I purchased Aqua guard RO costing around 15 grands. Water has been dripping from the unit from the day it was installed. Repeaed calls to the customer care resulted only in them sending inexpirenced tech chaps who keep mentioning that its a minor fault and they need to get some part to have this taken care of. I think i made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing ONIDA TV. I bought a 29" Poison 400 in Dec 2006. I had unfortunately booked tickets from ezeego1.com, I booked the tickets for 17Feb'08 and because of some silly system mistake my tickets got confirmed for 16Feb'08. I have the mail from ezeego1.com which says my schedule is for 17 Feb'08 but when i confirmed it with Airdeccan they said it is for 16 Feb'08.
