My Acer aspire laptop was stolen on the 20th nov.2007 when i boarded a bus from stanmore to edgware. I quickly called laptop direct's customer service for several hours,the line was busy and i was told to drop a message (which i have done repeatedly) that one of the agents will speak to me later, but none has called me. Bought a TruTech DRT-S810 about 6 months ago. Used it a bit at that time with the intent on converting all my old VCR tapes to DVD. One day it never came on again. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats, and all but the 2 cats have pet insurance. 3 of the dogs are with VPI Pet Insurance, and the 4th dog is with Pets Health Plan by the Hartville Group. Since I have had pet insurance, so far neither of the companies have had to payout for anything, as my dogs have remained healthy. However, my dog, Sugar, who is insured with Pets Health Plan fell last week and hurt her back badly. My vet said that the injury might heal on its own, but if not, back surgery would be necessary. i have been running after various servcie centres for an ON/OFF panel of my nokia e 50 model. it's been more that 45 days but still no solution to the problem. The phone was last handed over to lazpat nagar nokia care center but was returned back without rectifying the problemafter 8 days.subsequent follow ups have also not yielded any results. the center manager does not really qualify for the chair he is manning owing his customer interaction ways and discipline. this kind of service is unheard and seen of a brand of repute such as NOKIA. read full review »

This company should not be trusted. They are not a legitimate fund-raising company. They pay their volunteers out of the proceeds after rent, office space and income for the manager and drivers. Very little goes towards the charities and it is not recorded what it is used for. Of what is made, a small percentage goes to the charities. Their calendars are simple and they overcharge. A friend of mine flew to Dubai on Tuesday 4th December 2007, he packed one bag for a three month trip. When he arrived in Dubai his bag went missing, after trying everything he could at Dubai Airport and missing his flight to Austria, I also contacted Jo-burg Emirates, aswell as his travel agent. Moneybookers is a seemingly UK based version of Paypal with no integrity. The merchant at first emailed me that it was posted by regular mail.
