They screwed up the original order. They did one tape right, apologized, then produced faulty DVDs, which I returned with the original tapes for reprocessing. They appear to have lost the precious tapes entrusted to them for transfer of reminiscences by now dead grandparents of what their lives were like and the changes they saw. I bought a GTX Xpress Cooker, which we paid for in full, I paid extra for a cookbook. This was sent to our Address in North Carolina. We live in Bermuda so we made sure we were at our US address to get shipment. We then get charged $13.80 a month and a half later for Membership which at no time did we agree to, it does not appear on the website. This company promised a loan with the first and last months payment due prior. I sent the money gram and they contacted me on it. They told me the money would be deposited the next day. When it wasn't I contacted them and they said they had a computer problem and needed more money down. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 15 days. My mother set up service for my sister-in-law so she could have access to internet for her job. Well they are now moving to another state. I called on behalf of my mother who is 78 years old to cancel service or to put the account on hold. They informed me that they could not cancel the account nor could they put it on hold. The room was dirty and had a horrible odor. The bathroom at the airport was cleaner than the bathroom in our room. The shower was rusted and there were bugs in the room. As big as is the name of the company, as small as its attitude towards customers. I purchase ULIP based life insurance policy in march 07 (no - 0045696230). As I asked for my acc. statement in sep07, I noticed a lot of un-authorised deductions in it. I immediately mailed back the request to explain these deductions.
