I've a Airtel Prepaid card of Friends scheme card with 2 of my other friends. I opted for CUG Benefits, but could not avail them. I have applied for HSBC Credit Card for 2 times but till now I did not get any confirmation number or a call from the customer care. Everytime their executive comes and collects the docs (payslips, bank transactions so on..) which are more sensitive but there is no sign of confirmation from their end whether they accepted or rejected. I have experienced a bad idea of applying for HSBC Credit Card and decided not to apply for HSBC Credit Card which is having a worst customer care. If we are able to get anything, they are speaking in a foreign language that seems to be asian but they usually don't speak at all.
