We are receiving constant phone calls from various 800, 888, 866 numbers. If we are able to get anything, they are speaking in a foreign language that seems to be asian but they usually don't speak at all. When we try to call them back, I either get a busy signal or I am told that my "international call can not be completed". This company put an account of mine in collections and on my credit report for a 2001 Dodge that had been towed and stored for who knows how long. the reason I do not know how long was because I traded that car in on Oct 15 2005. But when I repeatedly called the company trying to explain myself I was put on hold and told that I was responsible for the car anyway and that i should just go ahead and pay the amount owed on the car. These guys solicited my business for collections. I turned over an account that totaled $1384.79. They wrote the client claiming I agreed to settle for $450.00. They collected the $450.00 and kept putting me off on sending me money stating a certain period of time would need to go by before they could send. Before I knew it they turned off their phones and I cannot reach them. One guy I had gotten on the phone stated something to the fact they were moving and had a new number.
