That store is horrible! They just want a sale. I purchased my family room set and it was defective from day one. I called and they would send a technician who would tell me what was wrong with the set and that Harlem would call me back. They never call me back. We always have to travel by auto rickshaws in Pune as we don't have our own conveyance due to the fact that we are outsiders. Auto Rickshaw drivers in Pune take advantage of this thing and charge us a lot. We sometimes argue with them to go as meter says but since they know that we don't have any other choice so they demand a fixed amount that is generally much higher than what comes up if we go by meter. I bought tickets to a concert there and when I went to see the show, it was so oversold that I could not even find a place to stand to see the concert. This company put an account of mine in collections and on my credit report for a 2001 Dodge that had been towed and stored for who knows how long. the reason I do not know how long was because I traded that car in on Oct 15 2005. But when I repeatedly called the company trying to explain myself I was put on hold and told that I was responsible for the car anyway and that i should just go ahead and pay the amount owed on the car. These guys solicited my business for collections. I turned over an account that totaled $1384.79. They wrote the client claiming I agreed to settle for $450.00. They collected the $450.00 and kept putting me off on sending me money stating a certain period of time would need to go by before they could send. Before I knew it they turned off their phones and I cannot reach them. One guy I had gotten on the phone stated something to the fact they were moving and had a new number.
