I had orderd a Giordana watch as per the svheme offerred by SBI card. I placed the order on 5th Nov. SBI has billed me for this transaction. But I have not received the watch as yet. I contacted SBI customer support more than two times they gave me a number of the deals 4 all, but no one picks up the phone there. SBI card cutomer support is alos not giving any help in this regard. This looks like a fraudulant tie up that SBI has done with Deals 4 all. Can my issue be redressed.. The society where I am living (Swapnapurti) is being managed by fools. 2 days ago, I noticed that the tap in the kitchen was continuously running and not closing properly. I called the supervisor (Sachin), he said that he will send the plumber and disconnected the call. The plumber came and without inspecting the tap said the tap need to be replaced and vanished. Purchased tickets thru Ticketmaster for comedy show "MoNique" - event scheduled for 10/27 at 8pm. By 8:35 p.m., show had still not started. We had arrived 7:40pm to be on time. I spent about $75.00 in fees to transfer a virtual line. I paid for 2 months of a second line, even though it wasn't working. I sent an e-mail asking for a refund because my phone quality was so poor I couldn't carry on a conversation, and was told I could not be refunded until the problem was fixed, which it never was... We had to have waited at least 45 minutes for breadsticks, let alone our pizzas, and hadn't been told that the wait was going to be this crazy. (They started telling people after us.) My wife recently had a very bad experience with Advantage Rent-a-Car at LAX. She signed the damage acknowledgment form that showed pre-existing damage on the rear bumper. When she returned the car one of the workers jumped on the shuttle van and accused her of the damage, she told him it was there when she rented it and didn't have any accidents with the car.
