My wife recently had a very bad experience with Advantage Rent-a-Car at LAX. She signed the damage acknowledgment form that showed pre-existing damage on the rear bumper. When she returned the car one of the workers jumped on the shuttle van and accused her of the damage, she told him it was there when she rented it and didn't have any accidents with the car. My cell phone was turned off for a bill that was past due. I received a phone call from a collection agency in July 2007. I told them that I would call sprint and pay the bill because I wanted to be sure that the phone services would not be restored. My family and I ordered food from this place on Friday, Nov. 23, 2007 night. We ordered the Shrip fried rice, Pineapple Fried rice, shrip tempura, and Spring Rolls. While attempting to use a never opened Blockbuster Gift Certificate my wife and I were told by the frightened store employee that it had no money on it (it was void). On Nov. 17,2007, purchased a simmons mattress set from ashley furniture for 1091.00. The sales rep never informed us that there was a no exchange or refund policy on the mattresses. On Nov. 24th our mattress set was delivered and there were no problems with delivery. I have had taken the Maruthi Auto card and referred two of my friends to purchase a maruthi aulto and gained auto points (2000). When i wanted to redeem the auto points for any service or spare parts no dealer is accepting. they are swiping the card and deducting the amount from the card instead of redeeming the points. I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno in July 2005. One month back my care was not running as normal. On taking it to the Service Center i was told that the crank shaft has broken. The meter reading was 50,000 km. With the latest technology, the engines are not required to be open before 1.5-2 lac km. I am not able to understand how a car which has run only 50,000 km and has a broken crank shaft. I feel Maruti Suzuki has a long way to go to compete with the other brands available here. I listened to my new Josh Groban cd and did not care for his singing style. I tried to return the cd to the Kmart to get a different cd of the same value or more and they would not do anything about it. Even the store manager said that nothing could be done. Our mortgage loan is with American Servicing Company (a.k.a. Wells Fargo) and over the past two years our relationship with this company has been less than favorable. We fell behind on our payments and though the situation did not require legal assistance we are now also paying legal fees on top of our mortgage and escrow payment. Recently booking for refilling LPG cylinder of HP Gas over telebooking line 1716 from my residence has become very difficult. Whenever I try to connect 1716 from my residence I get response "due to some technical problem I am unable to process your request. We apologise for your inconveniance".
