Last Dec. 8, 2006 I brought a 19 in HP laptop through Best Buy in Rockford, Illinois on the internet. It was warranted for 12 months through Hp and I bought a 2 year extended warranty through the Best Buy company. That warranty does not expire until 12/08/09 It all worked wonderful until Aug 2007. I contracted with this company owned by Frank Venezia to install energy-saver windows. He came out on9-12-07 to measure for the windows. About three weeks later, the installers came out with the windows for installation, and, encountered problems immediately. Mr. VENEZIA had under-measured all of the windows-12 total. It would seem that Retail Services makes a point of noting payments as arriving late so that they can charge a late fee. I have no problems with any other company when sending payment but have had numerous problems with Retail Services. They recommend sending payments 11 days before due which I find ridiculous, the postal service is not that slow. My wife and I just recently change our Insurance carrier from United to Aetna through my wife's work. My wife specifically asked the receptionist if this office was a in network provider for Aetna. WAMU offered me a zero percent credit card (no interest for a year). They transferred the money through electronic check, then refused the check, then charged me $ 20 for insufficient funds (for the check they refused -- at this time I had a $0 balance and the check was more than covered by available credit). I purchased a HP Pavilion dv2500t laptop from HP shopping.com. I got delivered after 10 days. After 2 hours of operation, the stupid LCD broke down and I called their HP customer service. They sent the box to ship it back to the company after 5 days. I got the box, packed my laptop and sent it. Then they suddenly stopped responding. I requested Gary of Gary Price Pools to recondition my white marble-lite pool surface (badly stained) with black plaster to look like a rock pool. I am having Dish TV connection under VC No. 01500522302 since Oct'05. The same was renewed in Oct'06. Due to faulty payment options by Dish TV through Net Payment I paid the subscription twice. I have a problem with my LPG tube which needed replacement and we have been calling the customer service number for over 2 weeks, but there is such a callous attitude that they are not bothered at all. We tried to contact the local gas distributor-Indane TUCS Double Tank Road, Kk Nagar, Chennai. I purchased a power leveling service from THSale for my nephew so we could play together. Brand new account, never used. The account was suspended for economy exploitation when character was around level 18. I contacted THSale and of course they claimed it wasn't their fault and the account must have been hacked.
