Called for a service call to fix rod of shutter. Was told on the phone that the call would be $95.00, which I agreed upon. Service person came out and fixed the problem. When we looked at the bill there was another charge of $50.00 for high work. We were not informed of this charge ahead of time so that we could make our decision of having the workers come out or not. Nightmare Hotel experience. On Friday 9th November 2007, we booked a double room for 2 nights Sat 10th and Sun 11th November. We paid in full on arrival.
