I bought a nuvi 250 gps system on Nov 11th. Next day I received an email asking for verification. That should be done by phone. I tried twice without success. All the times I left message with my name, phone and order numbers. No feedback. In the third time, one day after the first call, after a long wait finally somebody answered. They said I should make a choice of purchasing a package with accessories (+ US$ 74) or canceling. What a scam! First they apologize for charging twice on the initial cost (I remember it as about $7). They told me to keep the second delivery free. This caught me off-guard for a charge 3 weeks later for $69.95. This was a promotional for free Skype calls. I've notified Skype to make sure they drop Tricler, called Tricler at 800- 494-7260 and e-mailed them at [email protected]. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of Nissan. I bought a certified used 2005 Altima with around 30,000 miles on it. At around 60,000 miles it needed a new transmission. It now needs another transmission only 40,000 miles later. That's 100,000 miles and 2 transmissions. This is NOT the quality car I thought I read about. I received a letter in the mail from your company in reference to denying me a credit card from Modells. The reason given was that my social security number couldn't be verified. I never filled out for a card and do not shop at Modells. It is apparent that someone tried to steal my identity and get a card in my name. I ordered a flag and special holder for my daughterinlaw in December 2006 and ran in to the same problems many other people did. I never received the product, they took my money, and phone calls were never returned. I have one e-mail response from July that said they would get probablem resolved, but never has been. I note on the website today they indicate there are new owners and will try to resolve problems with prior owners. We'll see. I ordered a part last week and chose the 2nd day air delivery from UPS(which was an extra $60). It has been over 5 days and have gotten no response from the company. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received in your Canadian Tire store, 1595 Bedford Hwy, Bedford, Nova Scotia. On 5th May 2007 , I recharged my hutch mobile no. +91-98339 64161 through sms from my HDFC Savings Bank Account for Rs 450. I recently charged my Reliance India acoount for $ 20. Instead of crediting $20. they credited me for $ 14 and sent me a movie gift coupon which I didn't requst. I called their customer service with no response, I also sent a written complaint with no action taken so far. I just got off the phone with Macy's Credit Customer service. I called because I had a perfectly proper $120 charge on my store card . My bill was due 2 days from today.
