I am an employee of a private software organization i come to office by bus. I travel in the APSRTC route no. 113y , 113I/M there are very few buses in this route. I have to wait long time to see the buses in this route. In this situation also some of the buses are not stopping at bus stops. I purchased shutters for a window that had to be special ordered. Upon ordering, I was told it would take 30-38 days for delivery to my home. Ordered on 10/01/07. Never received merchandise. All attempts to rectify the matter was met with a run around. I was given a shipping tracking number fro canadapost.ca to track ship and it was invalid. I went several times to their "chatroom" and talked with a Karen, Jen and Maria. 93 yo admitted to KP Harbor City via ER. Between the ER and admission, upper plate was lost. Risk Mgt took report. Replacement teeth cost $1295. 93 yo was readmitted with new upper/lower plates. Bought new sectional in July 2007. The recliner has broken twice already. The third time they end the part with no technician, then the technician came with out tools. As of this writing it is not fixed. The worst problem is the cushions from the sleeper side of the sectional comes out after sitting on it for 2 minuts. I have N-70 Cell with Idea mobile network provider. I did life time recharge of Rs.495 on 6th Oct' 07. at 9.17 pm. on the same day i did value voucher of 147 at 9.50 pm to get low call rate facility. & on the same day i did recharge of Rs. 565.
