Come to find out when I tried to make a claim, that this is not insurance from the carrier and in fact a majority of the ways your phone could get lost or damaged are not covered. The real issue is that none of this is explained up front when you make the purchase, it is only referred to under "What Circumstances Are Not Covered" after the fact. Do your research. 93 yo admitted to KP Harbor City via ER. Between the ER and admission, upper plate was lost. Risk Mgt took report. Replacement teeth cost $1295. 93 yo was readmitted with new upper/lower plates. Ordered on 10/01/07. Never received merchandise. All attempts to rectify the matter was met with a run around. I was given a shipping tracking number fro canadapost.ca to track ship and it was invalid. I went several times to their "chatroom" and talked with a Karen, Jen and Maria. I placed a layaway in the store on Oct 1, 2007 when Kmart started the $1 layaway and when I received my contract I told the sales person that I would not get paid on the exact payment due date she said oh they wont put it back for just a couple of days. I bought AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO SMART from Eureka Forbes in 16 Aug, 2006. In 10 Aug, 2007, the product gave me some problem and when i registered a complaint, the Service Engineer came and replaced the RO membrane with old one which he has brought. Sir, I had bought a sony wega CRT TV of 21 inches.Sony is claiming that it provides the unmached viewing quality in its product.I have paid comparatively a very high amount expecting that the product will give enhanced picture quality and sound. On 5th May 2007 , I recharged my hutch mobile no. +91-98339 64161 through sms from my HDFC Savings Bank Account for Rs 450.
