Purchased Wendy's Chicken Nugget meal at restaurant on McHenry Ave and Coolidge in Modesto, CA. Despite that it was late in the evening (11:30 pm), I did not expect the nuggets to be tasteless, rubbery, and appeared to have been sitting for HOURS. I purchased a 350 Litre refrigerator from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga Kolkata. The refrigerator has turned out to be a faulty one as it doesn't have any cooling. The Videocon officials, when contacted, insisted that I should get it repaired - which to me is utterly shocking. It is the obligation of the Company to immediately replace the product if it has got a manufacturing defect causing malfunctioning without even its having been put to use. 1. I leased a brand new LR2 a few months ago and 2 weeks later found out is was a lemon--the car would die as I was driving. The dealership was going to sell me another car at a "good price" and was instead trying to upsell me and went back on their deal. I finally asked them to just switch me to another LR2. I canceled my account with this company June 19, 2007. I paid my balance in full at the time. Since then I have received 3 billing statements. Each time I have called them and told them that this account is closed and on what date I closed it. Because of their $35.00 late fee I have a new balance of $82 and some change. I booked a ticket for my mother from Mumbai to Kolhapur which is a direct service, they charged Rs.500, when the usual fare is Rs. 300 -350. I had a flight on the Nov 3th 07 from Dubai to New york jfk in Emirate airline. i had the worst customer service. a supervisor name Ghulam who worked that night at the luggage and checking passports was very unpleasant, very mean and unhelpful. He treated me like nothing. I was disappointed from Emirate airline. I had a lock placed in the front door of my apartment by this company and I was charged 360. Four days later I was locked out of my apartment because the new lock was malfunctioning. Being locked out I had no phone, no wallet, or any access to any internet connection. I was lucky enough to find a number for a locksmith who could open up the door for me (who again charged me 350). I would strongly advise against using this company. We booked car hire through Carjet and were allocated this rental company. On arrival at Palma airport we were told that the car wasn't available, even though we had booked in advance and notified the company of our flight details. I went to get a replacement SIM for my Vodafone number, and was told it will take 2 hours for activation. Its been over 24 hours now, and the SIM is still not activated. The best part is that the Vodafone Shop at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi, does not have a telephone number listed on Just Dial or even with Vodafone itself!! SO when I called Vodafone Customer Care they told me that I should go back to the shop, as they have not received a request for activation. I took my Louis Vuitton scarf to Crisp-N-Clean dry cleaners in Jalan Talawi, Bangsar, KL. They sent it off for dry cleaning and it came back totally ruined (wrinkled, faded, thinner and totally different to when I took it in, I can't even see the LV pattern on the scarf anymore). The scarf was a birthday gift and cost RM1,500. Crisp-N-Clean are not willing to provide compensation for even half this amount. On July 23, 2007 I took my Buick to Alternative Transmissions by Jack Dempsey in Winter Garden for a Radiator replacement.
