My car is supposed to be paid off in 2 notes. Speaking with a rep I asked them to confirm my payoff date. Now they tell me I owe an additional $2000.00 due to accrued interest! I purchased a 350 Litre refrigerator from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga Kolkata. The refrigerator has turned out to be a faulty one as it doesn't have any cooling. The Videocon officials, when contacted, insisted that I should get it repaired - which to me is utterly shocking. I had a lock placed in the front door of my apartment by this company and I was charged 360. Four days later I was locked out of my apartment because the new lock was malfunctioning.
