I cancelled this free trial October 17, 2007, yet, today, November 9, 2007, 2-Day Slim Down product arrived via USPS. I have been unable to make contact by phone, and the email sent has a help ticket marked "low priority". My account is going to be charged shipping and handling charges for a product that I should never have received. Definitive custom homes of San Antonio, Texas built a home that has numerous major water leaks due to both plumbing and exterior construction issues. It took almost 2 years for the builder to correct other major problems like severely scratched windows and buckled wood floors. And the Major leaking issue has been ongoing which the builder has still not taken care of. This builder had been unwillingly to fix the major problems correctly. I ordered a futon, futon mattress, and mattress cover from Gately's in August. I recieved the futon frame in September, however no mattress or cover. Gately's cancelled my order and said they would refund my credit card in October, and as of today, 11/9/07 they still have not done so. Gately's owes me over $200 and they will not respond to my emails, the website no longer works, and the phone number sends you to an answering system that is useless. These people are awful. I had been a vodaphone user for few years. I had activated the 300 sms scheme. In this one can make 300 sms by recharging with Rs 35 card. When I was making sms i suddenly noticed my balance going down. I talked to the customer care service, I was informed that No such scheme is valid for National holidays such as Holi, Diwali, New year... I doubt if there was any mention of such clause. In March 2005 I had taken ownership of a brand new Opel astra enjoy from a dellership in Durban. On the first day The vehicle over heated. I had a lock placed in the front door of my apartment by this company and I was charged 360. Four days later I was locked out of my apartment because the new lock was malfunctioning. On July 23, 2007 I took my Buick to Alternative Transmissions by Jack Dempsey in Winter Garden for a Radiator replacement. I had already purchased the replacement radiator at a Parts Store for $250 before I went to save time. Bill, the Manager gave me a estimate for $70 and said it would be ready in 1 hour. I canceled my account with this company June 19, 2007. I paid my balance in full at the time. Since then I have received 3 billing statements. Each time I have called them and told them that this account is closed and on what date I closed it. Because of their $35.00 late fee I have a new balance of $82 and some change. 1. I leased a brand new LR2 a few months ago and 2 weeks later found out is was a lemon--the car would die as I was driving. The dealership was going to sell me another car at a "good price" and was instead trying to upsell me and went back on their deal. I finally asked them to just switch me to another LR2. I purchased a 350 Litre refrigerator from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga Kolkata. The refrigerator has turned out to be a faulty one as it doesn't have any cooling. The Videocon officials, when contacted, insisted that I should get it repaired - which to me is utterly shocking.
