I have been having a Eureka Forbes water purifier for approx. 2 years and am satisfied with the product. Unfortunately around 10 days back the water purifier stopped functioning. I lodged a service request with the helpline and was told that a service engineer would come the next day morning. Since then everyday i have been calling the helpline with the assurance that a service engineer would come in the next hour but i am yet to see a service engineer. Ironwood is the outsourced repair arm of DirecTV. On October 19th, Kai, a serviceman from Ironwood trashed my home by leaving 5 separate messes he made. He borrowed my ladder and left it the last place he used it. He left his powerdrill on a 1960's Grundig stereo. He installed a new dish on the roof without removing the old one and I mean he installed a new dish, left the old bracket attached to the roof, and then left the old dish on my roof instead of removing the trash! They advertise a level of service that is attractive and then fail to deliver. I had air ducts cleaned out on 10/25/07, furnace working great!! for approx. 1 week turned up thermostat (house did not get above 65 degrees) thought it was the thermostat, so i had a contractor look at it maybe put new one in. he said problem was all dirt from air duct cleaning was blown into furnace therefor shutting furnace down. Sears who originally cleaned air ducts claims they didn't do it and have promised me for 2 days they would look at it. as of today no one has shown up. I have children in the house they need heat. I bought a brand new Samsung slim fit 21inch TV last July. But less than a month the TV got busted. Its not showing any pictures at all. Got fixed for awhile but after a month the issue persist. Arranged for a service Tech but after a day the same issue occur. Service Tech was scheduled again but after a day the issue keeps on occurring. In August, I purchased a Sony Ericsson W300i phone which came with a headset as an accessory. which I use all the time for music and the radio. Basically the problem is that the headset is such a shoddy and flimsy design that within a few weeks one of the spring clips that attach the headsdet broke off rendering it useless. Problem is these clips are made with flimsy brittle plastic that breaks easily and are certainly unsuitable for use in the moblle environment. I saw the advertisement for a credit card to rebuild my credit in Ocotber 2007. After completing the application, I was not told of any account processing fee of $99.00; Program Participation Fee of $89.00; Annual Fee of $49.00; and Account maintenance fee of $10.00 before getting the card. Definitive custom homes of San Antonio, Texas built a home that has numerous major water leaks due to both plumbing and exterior construction issues. It took almost 2 years for the builder to correct other major problems like severely scratched windows and buckled wood floors. I ordered a futon, futon mattress, and mattress cover from Gately's in August. I recieved the futon frame in September, however no mattress or cover. Gately's cancelled my order and said they would refund my credit card in October, and as of today, 11/9/07 they still have not done so. Gately's owes me over $200 and they will not respond to my emails, the website no longer works, and the phone number sends you to an answering system that is useless. These people are awful. I had been a vodaphone user for few years. I had activated the 300 sms scheme. In this one can make 300 sms by recharging with Rs 35 card. When I was making sms i suddenly noticed my balance going down. I talked to the customer care service, I was informed that No such scheme is valid for National holidays such as Holi, Diwali, New year... I doubt if there was any mention of such clause. I received check # 6099 for $2,902.00 claiming that I had won a prize. It is not stamped that this is not a check, but it is drawn on First Community Bank. Momentum Direct has an address of 1010 South Magnolia Blvd; Magnolia, TX 77355. There is no indication where the bank is located. I googled "first community bank" found no legitimate bank. My account was transferred from providian to sst I was notified by providian about four months before i heard anything from sst yet sst applied several hundred dollars in late fees and penalties and refused to remove them.
