I purchased a nice looking JNY eyeglass frames from my optometrist. I even selected the kind with the reverse spring loaded hinges to prevent the frames from bending, but with very normal use (taking them off with one hand) I am constantly bending the frames to the point where they are loose on my head. I can re-bend the frames with my fingers (the metal is that soft). I know that the metal will eventually fatigue and break. I would avoid JNY frames at all costs. I had accumulated a lot of debt on my credit card. I transferred the balance to a lower rate to pay the balance off. I was reducing the amount by making 500.00 payments per month on a minmum payment of 200.00. I didn't notice that the credit card company changed the grace period from 28 days to 20 days and that caused my payment to be late, which automatically bumped the interest rate to 26.75% ! In December of 2006 I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette as well as purchasing the extended warranty. A few months ago the coupe top started to make a real bad creeping noise. Hi, I have a similar very bad experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group). http://www.agarwalpackers.com They damaged my new Fully Automatic washing machine and upon claim and repeated follow up gave me a very minimal amount. They have also damaged my new Fridge and Bed and i have to call separate people to get them repaired. I can understand the frustration where you pay all money in advance trusting that the goods are in responsible hands but they are real cheaters. On 11-10-2007 ,i went to have my 1996 Madza pick-up tohave brakes and drum and rotor replaced on truck. the parts were appromiately 250.36. they charged me 1100.00 dollars for the job. I believe that they over charged on the labor. It only took 2hours to do the job. they charged 325.00 per hour .That is way too much. Gave a $2885 deposit to Tarik Mese, salesperson for Zone 5 Inc, former employee of SSMF April 20, 2007 for replacement of 4 large windows/2 large glass sliding doors for my North Miami Condo. As the months went by it got harder and harder to reach Tarik Mese or Wallace Lawson, Owner of Zone 5. The business number has been disconnected. In August I finally spoke to Tarik and he informed me they were not able to fill my order and would return my deposit. I applied for an ICICI Titanium credit card around mid of October 1007.
