Heinold & Feller Tire Co - Valparaiso , IN On 10/27/07 I brought my 2002 Audi TT to Heinold & Feller for an oil change and spark plug change. They charged me $28.22 for each spark plug without labor just parts. These plugs, (NGK PRF6Q) are much cheaper. The highest price I found was $14.58 each at the Audi dealer. I called and spoke to Mike who said that is what they paid. He also stated that everybody has a mark up on parts. Which I agree with, but not doubling the price. I booked a ticket for my mother from Mumbai to Kolhapur which is a direct service, they charged Rs.500, when the usual fare is Rs. 300 -350. I had a flight on the Nov 3th 07 from Dubai to New york jfk in Emirate airline. i had the worst customer service. a supervisor name Ghulam who worked that night at the luggage and checking passports was very unpleasant, very mean and unhelpful. I was informed on one of my calls to inkjet that my cartridges had to be returned to the manufacturer because of quality control problems, and that I told receive them. I would strongly advise against using this company. We booked car hire through Carjet and were allocated this rental company. On arrival at Palma airport we were told that the car wasn't available, even though we had booked in advance and notified the company of our flight details. Purchased Wendy's Chicken Nugget meal at restaurant on McHenry Ave and Coolidge in Modesto, CA. Despite that it was late in the evening (11:30 pm), I did not expect the nuggets to be tasteless, rubbery, and appeared to have been sitting for HOURS. I took my Louis Vuitton scarf to Crisp-N-Clean dry cleaners in Jalan Talawi, Bangsar, KL. They sent it off for dry cleaning and it came back totally ruined (wrinkled, faded, thinner and totally different to when I took it in, I can't even see the LV pattern on the scarf anymore). The scarf was a birthday gift and cost RM1,500. Crisp-N-Clean are not willing to provide compensation for even half this amount. I went to get a replacement SIM for my Vodafone number, and was told it will take 2 hours for activation. Its been over 24 hours now, and the SIM is still not activated. The best part is that the Vodafone Shop at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi, does not have a telephone number listed on Just Dial or even with Vodafone itself!! SO when I called Vodafone Customer Care they told me that I should go back to the shop, as they have not received a request for activation. I bought fujifilm f420 in Malaysia, it was product that made in japan. The camera has very bad AAA battery performance (1 shot with flash - alkaline batt / 15 shot with flash - 750mah Nimh) and slow charging of flash for following shot. I had a Credit Card from ABN AMRO with a maximum limit of 15k issued. I called up ABN AMRO Credit Card call center to discontinue this card as I was not interested in carrying on with it due to very late monthly bills sometimes no statement for three-three months and a very poor customer service. I just agreed by customer care for taking personal loan on card, but the trap was started by taking loan... the charges levied on me form the phone call end and the amount I got after after 35 days of call.
