Memphis Area Transit is the worst, and some of the drivers are rude and hateful. The bus company hiked up the fares all across the board. If you have a large family, and your trying to catch the bus good luck. It will cost you just as much to catch a cab. And, if you complain about the service the drivers' give nothing is done, nothing at all. I've seen driver stop the bus and get off and order food sit and eat. I received an e-mail to complete a survey and receive a free laptop computer. The survey involved signing up for services and products. I signed up for a couple of magazines and a trial for Hoodia. The next thing I know I have all of these companies calling me. I received a test message on my cell phone from UR Bid4Prizes and was charged 9.99 for opening the text message. It was a good thing that I contacted my cell phone company and inquired about this charge. Apparently Nextel does not understand the words "cancel my account,." When I called to cancel my account in August 2007, which had two lines on it, they only canceled one phone line but they do not automatically cancel all lines! Send them email and got a call on 28-oct-2007 at 11:30am. i was promised that my pnr number would be generated within 6hrs. but till today 01-nov-2007 i havent heard anything from ezeego inspite of several emails which i have sent.
