My experience with Sears has been absolutely atrocious. We have a Kenmore top of the line dryer we purchased at Sears and one of the MOST important features does not work. We have been complaining about this since we bought it. To compound the problem the service program has a very un-friendly customer service policy. I activated my Verizon services in MARCH of 2000 and when I received my first bill there were charges on it for chat line fees that incurred in FEBRUARY of 2000. I wasn't even a customer then!
