WC Value & WC Homeplay has a habit of billing unauthorized charges to consumers Credit Cards and Debit Cards and not performing any type of service. They tell you that you have signed up somewhwere during your internet browsing by an affiliate company, but they can't tell you what website it was or anything else.

April 2007 the glass on our Kitchenaid gas cooktop exploded with glass everywhere. Our kitchen is 30' long and 20' wide and glass covered it. We contacted Kitchenaid and their response was we somehow damaged it. We bit and ordered a new glass top.
September 2007 the glass top exploded again. The stove had been turned off for maybe 5 minutes. Kitchenaid had the same response. I think they have a problem but if they ignore it, maybe it will go away. My wife just became furious with the idea it... read full review »

So this company called me after a day that I quit, I told the sales rep I used to work there. She read me the entire script so I went along with it, offering me a free diamond watch 3 free magazines just for helping with the delivery of 1 at 3.84 a week. So she transfered me to her supervisor (which is the the closer). The closer remembered who I was so he hung up. This company is promoted as a PDF for filling in forms; actually when you go to it you cannot get it without them selling you two other products which you don't even realize you are buying - then NONE of them work. I have never experienced worse home repair customer service than at Sears. I called Sears to have my gas dryer repaired for my summer home. I was told that there was a 2 week wait, a $75 charge just to come out, additional labor and parts (around $350). In need, I agreed and set aside that Saturday to drive the 75 miles to my house. On the friday, the day before the appointment, I received an automated call telling me that a service repairman would be coming on Saturday between 8am and 5pm. I got a very embrassing treatment by one of the Maruti dealer while I went for car repair. I lodged my complaint on the offiial website of maruti ltd. I repeated the complaint. both time I got autogenerated message confirming receipt of my complaint. One of the reply promissed me to hear action taken by the company. But after 3 months there is no reply.
The only thing I feel is that in the modern competitive age when the feed back from the customer is the best tool to improve the services and product, how a big co. like maruti ignores.

In May, I requested replacement for several sets of magnetix in my home that were in the recall after the death due to the magnets becoming dislodged (NY TIMES)
The company sent the bags in which to ship the magnetix sets back - I shipped them, and months later, tried to get an answer to where the replacements are, but no one returns my emails on their site.
Please help me find out when I can expect my replacement sets.

Last year the Town announced a revaluation project. We received a letter informing us that there would be assessors going door to door to view our homes, inside and out. Of course, we certainly had the right to refuse them entry. But, the letter added, if we did not allow access they would assume that we had the best of everything and we would be taxed accordingly. We would also lose our right to appeal or apply for an abatement.

I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel this unauthorized charge from my Chase credit card. Chase did refund me 3 months worth as a "courtesy" but after contacting the 800 # twice now to cancel, the charge remains on my statement.

I took my dog of 14 years to Petsmart Banfield Hospital due to my dog not feeling very well due to a tumor she has had for 2 years.
After the doctor at Banfield Hospital, Examined Kesha with Blood and UltraSound Kesha was given many pain medications and tumor medication as well as a shot given to her at the office prior to me picking her up at 5:00 p.m.

I paid $250 for them to find an apartment and every apartment that they found for me was occupied or off the market for months. Some landloards wouls say that they rented the apartment almost a year ago. Some phone numbers did not correlate with any type of real estate listing. When I complained and provided details, I got the transfer and voicemail run around. Finally, I was told that my money would be refunded and it never was.
