Memphis Area Transit is the worst, and some of the drivers are rude and hateful. The bus company hiked up the fares all across the board. If you have a large family, and your trying to catch the bus good luck. It will cost you just as much to catch a cab. And, if you complain about the service the drivers' give nothing is done, nothing at all. I've seen driver stop the bus and get off and order food sit and eat. I was notified by Cadillac of a safety recall on my car concerning the fuel line. I was told to take it to a dealer and have it inspected and repaired at NO COST. I did this and was told by the dealer that in replacing the fuel line there is a possibility they would have to replace the fuel pump and i would have to pay for that part of the repair. Apparently Nextel does not understand the words "cancel my account,." When I called to cancel my account in August 2007, which had two lines on it, they only canceled one phone line but they do not automatically cancel all lines! I received an e-mail to complete a survey and receive a free laptop computer. The survey involved signing up for services and products. I signed up for a couple of magazines and a trial for Hoodia. The next thing I know I have all of these companies calling me. I received a test message on my cell phone from UR Bid4Prizes and was charged 9.99 for opening the text message. It was a good thing that I contacted my cell phone company and inquired about this charge.
