I did life time recharge of Rs.495 on 6th Oct' 07. at 9.17 pm. on the same day i did value voucher of 147 at 9.50 pm to get low call rate facility. & on the same day i did recharge of Rs. 565. I bought AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO SMART from Eureka Forbes in 16 Aug, 2006. In 10 Aug, 2007, the product gave me some problem and when i registered a complaint, the Service Engineer came and replaced the RO membrane with old one which he has brought. Bought new sectional in July 2007. The recliner has broken twice already. The third time they end the part with no technician, then the technician came with out tools. As of this writing it is not fixed. The worst problem is the cushions from the sleeper side of the sectional comes out after sitting on it for 2 minuts. They have no respect for their customers peace. I receive unwanted calls and sms from Airtel at least 10 – 12 in a day and that too at any damn time.
