I ordered a flag and special holder for my daughterinlaw in December 2006 and ran in to the same problems many other people did. I never received the product, they took my money, and phone calls were never returned. I have one e-mail response from July that said they would get probablem resolved, but never has been. I note on the website today they indicate there are new owners and will try to resolve problems with prior owners. We'll see. Did not order, don't even know what this is, but a bill for $19.95 plus extra charges amounting to $21.51 showed up on my bill this month. I have no long distance, ordered nothing, am retired, low income. Called phone company, who cancelled bill but said I had to get in touch with ILDBilling to cancel. No reply after 20 minutes on hold. What a scam! First they apologize for charging twice on the initial cost (I remember it as about $7). They told me to keep the second delivery free. This caught me off-guard for a charge 3 weeks later for $69.95. This was a promotional for free Skype calls. I've notified Skype to make sure they drop Tricler, called Tricler at 800- 494-7260 and e-mailed them at [email protected]. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of Nissan. I bought a certified used 2005 Altima with around 30,000 miles on it. At around 60,000 miles it needed a new transmission. It now needs another transmission only 40,000 miles later. That's 100,000 miles and 2 transmissions. This is NOT the quality car I thought I read about. I received a letter in the mail from your company in reference to denying me a credit card from Modells. The reason given was that my social security number couldn't be verified. I never filled out for a card and do not shop at Modells. It is apparent that someone tried to steal my identity and get a card in my name. I just got off the phone with Macy's Credit Customer service. I called because I had a perfectly proper $120 charge on my store card . My bill was due 2 days from today. Payment’s already processing at my bank so they will receive payment on time (like they usually do). My wife registered at the Crunch Fitness Center near her work place when we lived in Chicago. About 3 months ago when we were in the process of moving to Maryland she tried to cancel her gym membership, that was when our problems started. I ordered a part last week and chose the 2nd day air delivery from UPS(which was an extra $60). It has been over 5 days and have gotten no response from the company. They took their phone number off their website (hmmm). And their contact us page says they reply to emails promptly (hmmm). Hi, I have a similar very bad experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group). http://www.agarwalpackers.com They damaged my new Fully Automatic washing machine and upon claim and repeated follow up gave me a very minimal amount. They have also damaged my new Fridge and Bed and i have to call separate people to get them repaired. I can understand the frustration where you pay all money in advance trusting that the goods are in responsible hands but they are real cheaters.
