I have a problem with my LPG tube which needed replacement and we have been calling the customer service number for over 2 weeks, but there is such a callous attitude that they are not bothered at all. We tried to contact the local gas distributor-Indane TUCS Double Tank Road, Kk Nagar, Chennai. I purchased a HP Pavilion dv2500t laptop from HP shopping.com. I got delivered after 10 days. After 2 hours of operation, the stupid LCD broke down and I called their HP customer service. They sent the box to ship it back to the company after 5 days. I got the box, packed my laptop and sent it. Then they suddenly stopped responding. I kept on calling the customer care which didn't have a fucking idea where my laptop was and what holding it back. Can you imagine how many days they took to fix my laptop ? 35 days !!! Yes. Days ago bought eliptical trainer-exercise machine on sale for $299. Took hours to assemble. Does not work right, theres no resistance when you crank the level up. We were suppose to get 2 nights free anywhere in us. We had to send them #75 which they said we would get back when we sent in our bill from the hotel. Alos a #30 gas card. I purchased a Magellan model 360 GPS in December 2006. The street names in Sebring, FL. had been changed one year earlier and they were not updated in the Magellan GPS. I was told there was none available yet. Three months later I was told the same thing, wait a little longer and an update should be available.
