Ordered One year internet hosting service from this company for $94.50 per year My invoice stated $94.50 but was charged $1078.20 after several attempts to rectify this, I was forced to contact my bank and submit an affadavit for dispute of the charges on my card. I cancelled my earthlink dial up account, they made it difficult. There is no way-on the internet, to cancel. Once I told them I was copying the text in the chat and would post it online, they found a way to get a supervisor to cancel it. Then they asked for a security word, which they had wrong. Called for a service call to fix rod of shutter. Was told on the phone that the call would be $95.00, which I agreed upon. Service person came out and fixed the problem. When we looked at the bill there was another charge of $50.00 for high work. Since I took connection I was not able to use internet regularly. First time it was due to the fault of my machine. Afterwards several times I had to complain about non connection to the main server. Each time Something is done and all is OK. But after some days the connection is out and I complain and it is made Ok. This happened several times. I bought this expensive phone about mid march 2007. It cost around $300 and I tried to contact them many times and the telephone number was fake and the sent back the same responses to my emails that were no help. when I confirmed that my payment was received, it said there was insurance added on but there never really was and I tried to get my money back and they said I had to file an insurance claim. I agree wholeheartedly with all of the submitters here complaining against Wild Blue Communications, Inc. I also had many problems with speed rates, "down times", phone call waiting times, return calls...not at all what they advertise. However, the installation set-up went fairly smooth (one date change only due to inclement weather.) As stated in the "title" I gave this letter, my issues against Wild Blue are centered on monthly payments and canceling them as my ISP. Thsi system we havee purchase one month back. Within few days of installation your servicee engineer Sylesh visited the system asnd addjusted the internet options. Sincee then we are unable to access the broad band connection properly. We have made several calls to your service center but no action has been taken from your side.
