After more than two months, 9/8/2007 to present (11/1/6/2007), I'm still waiting for the return or replacement of my Garmin Nuvi 350 from Fry's Electronics' service department. Numerous calls and in-store visits didn't help. The service reps are probably the rudest, in person and on the phone. This was my first foray with Fry's extended 3-year service warranty. I am one of the customer of airtel, and i enjoyed their service past 3 years as an post paid customer. Due to job reasons, i changed post to pre and started the problems right from there. My NOKIA 6270 handset gets switched off at its own will and doesn't get switched on. This is a problem which I am facing for the second time within the 1 year warranty period. Bck in March I was informed that my personal information and Credit Card balance owed to to Providian National Bank had been sold to a credit company that bills themselves simply as SST.
