Bought new sectional in July 2007. The recliner has broken twice already. The third time they end the part with no technician, then the technician came with out tools. As of this writing it is not fixed. The worst problem is the cushions from the sleeper side of the sectional comes out after sitting on it for 2 minuts. While I was away from the city during October 2007, my consumer number was obviously used to supply gas to unauthorized persons.
