I was at Elysium Garden hotel in Munnar, Kerala on 28th October, 2007 with my wife. We were booked into this hotel by our tour company - Planet tours (Mumbai) and Kerala tours in Kerala. I currently have a inoperable dishwasher and an inoperable washing machine. Each time I call to schedule repair service, they give me a "first available" appointment that is always two weeks out from the date I am calling. The design of the $299 Bose Quiet Comfort II Noise-Canceling Headphones is flawed. The plastic used in the headband cracks under the stress of normal use. We have gone through three sets in two years. My NOKIA 6270 handset gets switched off at its own will and doesn't get switched on. This is a problem which I am facing for the second time within the 1 year warranty period.
