I had a 800 line with this company. After stopping my service I owed them like $40 dollars. They sent me a collections letter for the amount owed. Then they took it upon themselves to debit my account for small amounts 6 months later to pay that debt. How can they do this? A scooter was purchased from these jokers the beginning of November. When it finally showed up, 1 week late, it did not have the parts to finish assembly which made it incapable of riding. We purchased the "top of the line" mattress in November 2004 for right under 3K from Mattress Warehouse - a Stearns & Foster King Set, ultra plush Euro pillow top. The noika care centre service is pathetic. I gave me noika handsent with a problem of switching on. My set was under warrenty.The executive at the centre told me that liquid has gone inside the phone and it will be fixed without any charge. I'm on my second Trutech DVD recorder and I'm very dissapointed. The first I took back because it quit reading discs in the first 90 days, so I was able to return it to Target. The second, that I'm watching a brand new unscratched movie on right now, skips and freezes on this and many other movies. Based on how these two DVD players have performed for me I will not buy Trutech brand ever again. I ordered 1/2 cord of wood from an ad in the newspaper. The seller stacked the delivery in a creative "pyramid" that didn't appear to be 1/2 cord. We complained and discussed it but he absolutely insisted the 1/2 cord was there and that we just couldn't tell because of how it was stacked - which he "had" to do since there was no rack. I bought this product in June 2006 and Now it is under the annual service contractby Eureka Fobes. Now it is not working. I recently ordered a very expensive case with Xoxide.com and it did come. The packaging was in very well shape and I thought all was good. When I opened it to examine the contents, I was shocked at the lack of accessories in the unit. The case is 350$ (give or take a few). On 12/01/2007 my car was towed from 6151 miramar pway to midway towing co. i payed $100 to recover my car. On the spot i inspected the car and found damages to the front bumper and under the front bumper is scraped off, i showed it to the personell that was there he try to deny that they had damaged my car. I saw a police across the road inspecting another building, told him what happened, he said he cant help me, neither will he take a report.
