I have been waiting for 2 years for an update for the dated software in my Magellan 800. They keep telling me it is coming but never comes. When I call, I end up in India and they just keep repeating that it is coming even when I ask for a specific date. You can't seem to reach anyone with Magellan who gives a dam.
