My husband and I were the victims of credit card fraud and Dermacia was one of the fraudulent charges on our account. When we tried to cancel and reverse the fraudulent charges, a Dermacia rep told us we would have to return the product. The product arrived and we returned it to sender a few days later. This was in October. In December, Dermacia sent us a bill via a collection agency saying we never paid up. My son called me at home to come to our local Wal-Mart to assist him with a rude manager who he felt was trying to deceive him regarding an exchange he was trying to make. I trusted the seller based on his feedback, however, i believe he used 2 of his friends to assist him. He is in the marine corps. I purchased a washer and dryer at HH Gregg. They called me at 6:30 a.m. to tell me they would deliver between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. . They were supposed to call me 40 minutes ahead of time before they show up. Dear Sir, We had Purchase and Hp Laser Jet 3055 Printer on 26-04-2006. On 24-11-2007 there was an problem in the printer that the paper was not feeding in to the system. We had an AMC with the dealers they took it back for the service to HP service centre. I had purchased a Sony Ericsson W 950i in April 2007. The phone worked fine for sometime initially, but then the headphones stopped working. thereafter the phone stopped synchronising and making a back up with the computer. The software provided for loading the songs in the walkman phone never worked in the first place. Now, the phone has stopped displaying names from the phonebook whenever anyone calls. Dear sir , My LPG distributer is Ananth Gas Agencies, Near H.A.L.Hospital, Bangalore - 560017, my cust. No 78331 and category is domestic double. My distributer does not book refill requisition till 3 weeks after the supply of previous cylinder. Then he takes 10-12 days to supply it. Hence practically I cant get supply before 31 to 33 days. If my cylinder finishes before 30 days or prior I am helpless and without fuel in spite of having double connection. I would like to know if what he is doing authorised by you? Unable to login to online card services for 3-4 weeks only way to contact is by phone. When contacted by phone they charge me $10.00 to pay bill by phone,or $15.00 for automated phone bill pay. I paid the collateral and the company was suppose to deposit funds in my account and that never happened and they took my collateral as well. Contacted by phone and name to sell my resort timeshare at Stormy Point Village in Branson, Mo. Very convincing because they seem to have the info on what you own before they contact you.
