Advanta have just made my APR 24.99% after all the promises of a fixed rate. I always paid early, and always paid more than minimum. DO NOT trust this card company ever! I asked them why would this happen? I was promised a fixed rate and low APR for the lifetime of the card. They responded with "we periodically review our accounts and evaluate the credit status of our card holders ". My credit score and history is better than when I got the card. I have bought one window a/c from Next retail shop this month. It was put to use only yesterday. Compressor of AC is making hell of alot noise. I am trying to complain to NEXT Lajpat Nagar but no one picking up phone even the salemen Dharmpal who sold the A/C is not picking up his mobile phone. This is second time I visit to Rohan ghaziabad fro accidental cover. First they take maximum time. Everyday you call, they onlsy said we are working without proper date commitment.
