They stole our money by charging our credit card for hotel reservations, confirmed our hotel reservation, then canceled it without notifying us. We found out only by chance because we called them to make a slight change to the reservation. Adding insult to injury, they are STILL open for business even after filing bankruptcy. Dwyer has been servicing my HVAC for the past 2 yrs. At first they proved to be reliable until recently. My fan continued to blow and would not turn off. Service man came on time and he was polite and neat, he explained everything about charges by promotional coupon and i did understood that i had some extra work involved.
