We were excited to stay in this home based on the pictures we saw and the mountain views, but we were very disappointed upon our arrival. Barry's Bootcamp includes a free trial period for 'VIP' web access. Although I cancelled within the trail period, they continued to charge the quarterly fee. The cancellation was completed through their website but their customer service representative insists they can't access the information. This is one of those situations where they run you in circles trying to stop the charges and you're left trying to prove that a service you didn't want in the first place was cancelled.
