This company is a scam. They will tell you they are located in CA, USA. No other address. No phone number. The only way to contact them is by email. Their merchandise ships from China but you are billed from Europe. I placed an order with this merchant on 12/13/08. I live in the same geographical area, (The Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex). Shipping should take no more than 2 days. Today is 12/19/08 and I have recieved no shipment, no tracking number, no indication the product has been shipped. I have called the only number available on the website at least 50 times this week and get no answer and cannot leave a message because the voicemail is FULL. My husband got a quote from Tuffy for some AC repairs. We elected not to have the work done with Tuffy, but they opened a credit card in our name for the total of what we had been quoted for the work. The first credit card statement arrived at an address where we had lived the previous year - the address was certainly never provided by us. Steve Janks appears to think the only mistake he made on our remodel job was not pulling permits. This is simply amazing. He was found guilty of stringing lamp shade wire through walls, installing windows too small to meet fire egress codes, a stairway that was not to code and much more. I have repeatedly told them that I am not the person nor do I know who this is and to stop calling me. On November 22, I ordered the Walter Doll and Peanut Doll for my family's Christmas surprise. Web site showed the items as available and not on back order. 2 weeks ago I ordered some cigars from Thompson and they never arrived. I asked their customer service people for a UPS tracking number and could not get an answer. I emailed their cyber support, customer service team and never got an answer. I guess I have no choice but to call Mastercard and have them reverse the charge. I love cigars and have no problems with Cigars International, Cigars.com or JR's Cigars, all of whom deliver their product within days. I have posted several complaints about the owner and her business. I took my labrador retriever into her shop for a bath and the dog looked like he was brushed with a hair dryer. His nails weren't even cut and he developed a ear infection from them getting water in his ears. The owner Jenny smells like she has been drinking all night. Her mother who also works in the salon looks like she has been joining her daughter in drinking also. These two owners are so rude to deal with and they are not friendly people. I canceled out of whatever they said I supposedly filled out online and they took unauthorized charges out of my bank account and caused an overdraft fee and are now saying that I supposedly filled out the forms and summited them and authorized them to take the money. I purchased an HP computer in August, 2006. In October of this year the monitor began to blur and become wavy. At time it was not usable. I tried all trouble shooting suggestions that came with the computer. As a last resort I called tech support only to be told "sorry, it is 1 month out of warranty, can't do anything; guess you will have to buy a new one".
