Our tickets were ordered in February and one week prior to the date we contacted them. We were informed each day via the website that they were going to ship the next day. This changed each day. We were never informed there was an issue. 1 day prior to our event after 20 different phone calls, holds, hang-ups we were finally told that our row D tickets were not available. A few days ago i received an outstanding bill from this collection agency called Afni. This bill was from 1995 when i had service with verizon. So i called Afni because this bill did not sound familiar. Trusty Transport was hired to move my car from Caldwell, Texas to Sherrills Ford, NC. They were to contact me (per their correspondence) when the vehicle was picked up and then again when the driver was ready to deliver (usually 12 - 24 hrs notice per their correspondence). I used a company called thesignbandits.com (FL) - paid $305.00 that claims he can 'put out signs in 48 states'. He did not put out the signs, wont return calls or emails and does not answer his phone. Yet I see he (Greg from the sign bandits) is still posting all over message boards as recently as Monday and trying to bait people into his 'service'. I ordered a Roketa 250 cc scooter, last August 30th from Mxmotorsports, they were very quick in taking my money but all I got is a scooter that has the handle bars welded wrong (when you hold it straight the front tire point to the right) and it does not start. Do not place orders with cigarettesexpress.com!! I placed an order on October 3, 2008 and have yet to receive the product. They do not answer or return phone calls or respond to emails. As they take only electronic bank checks, I checked and my bank check was processed on October 7th and they have received payment - still no delivery! My husband ordered a golf bad from Caddyrack in October 2007. We were billed for the bag and received it. On 10/26/2008 I filed a claim with Asurion for a Nextel mobile phone that I lost. I was assured that the phone was in stock and would be shipped on promptly. Do not use this company! Unique Landscaping had nothing but excuses to offer after they tore up my lawn and planted bushes that promptly died. The contract I signed last September was for landscaping, rip up of front lawn and reseed, and a guarantee for one full year on all plants used. This company is not very responsible. I placed an order for an item that was stated as being in stock at the time I placed the order. It was to be shipped with in 5-7 business days. After two weeks I contacted customer service via email. I was informed that the item was on backorder and that my credit card would not be charged until the item was ready for shipment. My parents were the unlucky recipients of one of these post cards and without checking the BBB or any other resource, they spent $5, 000 on a membership with Royal Palm Vacations.
