Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls by our company to Mikeal Audebert get VIP Escapes to settle their bills for 2 groups of agents that they sent on FAM's in South Africa, we have been promised payment but nothing has materialized. They were accommodated at our 5 star Relais & Chateau establishment on two occassions and have not settled their accounts with us as of yet. We purchased 2 mega blocks dump trucks for our 2 &3 year old. The wheel fell off the one truck, a simple product defect, resolved with a simple exchange. Closets by Design - RUN don't walk!! This company is HORRIBLE. I used them May 2006 and they send out the professional and responsible person to "sell" you. Once they have your down payment they got you and all pretense at professionalism END. I cannot find them on the internet and tried calling them on a 800 # that went to a unrelated company. I had billing issue with primus. Every month primus send me invoices of home phone which i never used. In fact my home phone is registered with some other company and i pay them every month. I called primus for more than 3-4 times after waiting for more than 30 mins each call. I also emailed them but after 3 months still my problem is unresolved. The customer service is most poor. Alwasys there is a call queue for more than 20 mins and when you call them they are absolutely making fool. I've utilized this company for well over five years now. Never had a problem with them. Long story short: Order paid in full was well over three weeks late. Had to cancel the order. Never got my money back despite multiple attempts. If a refund is the problem, don't fear, your wasting your time, you will not get a response/ or your funds returned to you. I've had a Washington Mutal credit card for 4 years at 12.9%. I pay my credit card online every month before the due date and always more than the minimum payment. I ordered a transmission from Phoenix Hard Parts. Shortly after ordering the transmission, I received the order via email stating that I needed to sign the order/contract and fax it back to them. D J Franzen Trucking Complaints - Stealing This trucking company wants to lease out 80-100, 000 387 petes. This is fine except for one small problem. They haul one money load out of Iowa and let drivers sit at the other end because they have no customers except in Iowa. They rely on brokers for back hauls and sometimes even suggest coming back empty to pick up another money load. This is all fine if your running about 200 miles empty.
