My girlfriend and i decided to try rolling our own cigarettes. We bought the TOP starter kit, only because she wanted the top FLIP-TOP box that it included. When we got to the car and opened it, it had a cheap piece of crap clear plastic sliding case, nothing like the false advertised box showed on the front. On the 30th of August 2008, criminals broke into my house and stole my plasma and speakers. i immediately notify my insurance about the incidence. they asked me for proof of goods, i told Sithee Naidoo that my plasma was a gift from my ex-boyfriend and i dont have the slip for it and the speakers i bought them about 4 years ago. These guys sent three Russian movers that threatened to damage my belongings if they didn't receive adequate tips. Management didn't care and protected them. The managers ignored me. They also refused to weigh my goods but overcharged after the initial low estimate. The owner is a con-artist and a horrible person. It is amazing that these kinds of people without a shred of conscience live in this world. Do NOT go with Expediant. I have read many other complaints against them. I checked my account this evening and found an unauthorized charge for $ 11.89 from a Pioneer Media Group LLC. The transaction and charge occurred today while my wife and I were at home. I called the bank immediately and they are looking into the matter. I had to cancel the card in question and file a dispute. The knucklehead from the bank gave the impression that $ 11.89 was not worth his effort. What a waste of time, enjoy my money a@$%#! I purchased a car battery for $59.50 with a 60 month prorated warranty (cost= $.99 a month for 60 months). The battery only lasted 25 months before it became defective. When I went back to return the battery to receive my prorated refund for 35 months or $34.65 credit (35months x $.99= $34.65 credit) I was told that I would receive a prorate credit based upon the current 'list price' of the battery and not the actual price I paid for it. While trying to rebuild my credit after filing bankruptcy due to divorce, I decided to try this company to try and rebuild my credit. I figured they were honest and trustworthy, however, after a year of service, it has been a complete nightmare! They change your interest rates on a monthly basis. My husband called the number and the gentleman said that the check was real and he asked my husband did he shop at Home Depot. Captain Morgan makes people think he is a United States Marine and tell you all about his horrible times in Iraq and then on the other hand he tell you he has millions of dollars he wants you to help get our of Iraq. He is such a horrible person. I felt so sorry for him because he would tell about his family being killed in 9/11 and of all his buddies being killed in war. Just received an invoice for a healthcare technology event 'Healthcare Technology 2009. I never signed up for any such event. It is supposedly in April (27-29) of 2009. I placed an online order on September 29, 2008. I received a confirmation e-mail, but that has been it. I have not received my shoes. I sent an e-mail inquiring about the status of my order, which was not returned. I called and left a message on the 800 number, which was not returned. I called the actual store number, but received the same answering maching as the 800 number. I called a third time, but STILL not response. I like my shoes.
