If you want a credit card company that stands behind a fraudulent charge, don't apply for Capital One Visa. I just paid out $1500.00 for an item I purchased on the internet that was ordered, but not available. This is a fraudulent company who does not pay on the medical claims, despite repeated calls to ask about payment of claims.They told me that they were re-staffing each time I called. Don' t use Budget Van Lines. They are a broker even though they have they use "Van Lines" in their name. They broker you to another company who picks up your things. They sent Star Box Van Lines to pick up my items. Star Box charge us 3 times what Budget quoted us and wanted cash. On Oct. 21, 2008, I ordered all 112 uncut episodes of 4 seasons of The Big Valley TV Show on 31 DVDs. My credit card was charged the next day for merchandise. I called on 10-20-08 spoke to Richard (one of the owners) and told him I was upset that I own two Fisher/Paykel dish drawers. I was one of the original owners, one of the first people to own the drawers. The price was very expensive. They are now half of what I paid. Paid to have vending machines set up in stores. 2 guys from company contacted me. Gary Humpal and the other I don't remember. On June 6th Gary call me and stated they were in Mesa However, their truck broke down. I picked them up and drove them to a motel. Since their truck was being repaired (according to Gary, i never saw it) I had to drive them around to different locations to deliver my vending machines.
