I have made several follow up calls during their posted business hours and only get through to a recorded message stating that they are closed and to call back during normal business hours. My engine light was on in my 2002 VW Jetta. I took it to the auto shop I usually use and he couldn't find anything wrong after running a diagnostic test and apologized that I would have to take it to my dealer (West Broad Volkswagen). I filed a homeowner's insurance claim on August 18 2008, after my shower drain pipe broke, damaging my bathroom flooring (water damage). I recently was involved in an accident which totaled my truck. Under my contract with CarBiz Auto Credit, Inc., I would get another vehicle of same purchase price and value as when I first bought mine. And I would continue to pay just the balance on my account I owed. As a new home owner I didn't understand or even know I had a home warranty until my front entry started rotting. Whatever exterior building material that had been used allowed water to wick up behind the material and decay from the backside. I am a canadian tire customer. I shop at your stores and use your gas bar towards a two cent gas saving, as I have the advantage gas card. Over the last month I have been checking the price of your gas compared to other gas servers. I have been calm and patient with regard to what I uncovered.
