Opened account in 10/07 for credit card processing and was charged monthly fee. My account with Secure Pay was canceled in 1/08. I continued to get billed every month since. This is a very unprofessional painter. First, he came over to give me an estimate and had to be told several times what the job duties were(a little slow minded). The next day, he still was not able to come up with a dollar amount for the job and had to bring one of his painters to help with the estimate. After reading the responses to customer complaints by Tel3, I just had to make my voice heard. Tel3 is not a reliable company. As much as they might repsond and say "contact us", "speak to a manager" etc. etc. they continue to have unreliable service. First, call quality on my calls to Colombia are horrible. Dr. Tanya Sale was 45 MINUTES LATE for the appointment. She did not apologize and only spent 7 minutes with me. This was to check my skin problem and answer questions. On Aug 1, I rented a car from Toyota Rent A Car, after a minor "fender bender". I had it from Aug 1 at 5:23PM until Aug.2 at 4:30PM. I was charged $60.93 (including tax). Local furniture store in Rutherford, NJ is nothing but a pain in the neck. Back in April 2008, my husband and I brought a dinette set. on 11/21/2008 my banks debit card was charged .25. I called my banks to find out what it was and they gave me a number to call. I called it and it was a number not inservice. So i went to my bank and asked them about it and they said if you get a bogus little charge like that it means someone is tesing your account to see if it is active and open. Just got mine a few days ago and it is great as a cell phone or mp3 music player. As far as the "calendar / pda" function this is definitely NOT a pda. it can not sync with your computer, it does NOT come with any software to sync any type of calendar such as outlook or mac safari or google. I ordered the "free trial" offer and all I had to do was pay 10$ for shipping costs. I never recieved my free trial and contacted them several times to notify them. I have sent numerous emails and telephoned several times and have had no response...now they are trying to bill my credit card 49$ usd. I have never given them permission to bill my credit card for anything except shipping costs of the free trial offer (the one I never recieved). I was taking the Dumb Test. My first complaint is that I don't believe one can receive a score with our subscribing to some thing. I'm not sure because I gave up after 30 minutes of offers. I received a letter from this scam stating that I had won $125, 000. Enclosed was a check for over $4, 000 supposedly drawn from chase bank. I bank with Chase and when I took the check to Chase it was infact a real account number but not from the before mentioned business. It was from someone elses personal checking account.
