I ordered a small cable and after 10 days I tried to find out where it was. The web site said they had no info. The next day I call the 800 #. They said their info source was the same as mine and it could be anywhere from the order desk to on some truck. Damaged merchandise was delivered. Customer service agreed to take back the merchandise for a full credit, but on the day of the pickup, the store manager refused to give me a full credit. Delivery men and store manager were extremely rude. The Manager did not make an effort to resolve the problem in a reasonable manner. Customer service is not returning any phone calls. On December 30th, I parked my car at Vista Parking. My reservation was made via internet. When I came to the parking my car was immediately picked up and taken to its spot without any problems. On May 9, 2007 my 03 Corvette had a dead battery. I live in CA and keep the vett at a friend's house in Clermont, FL. I had bought a 500 gram packet of small Channa (dry), costing Rs.45/- from Subhiksha Department Stores, Siripuram, Vishakapatnam, A.P., India. This was in the 2nd week of Jan'07. This is a petty amount, but it is still fraud and needs to be reported. Explore USA took, without authorization, $1.00 from my bank account. This account was empty at the time, resulting in an overdraft. I have no idea how they got my bank account number. A few weeks later, a very nondescript envelope came. It looked like junk mail and was nearly torn up. Now it said I was a MEMBER of this Explore USA and they were going to charge my account $19.95 per month for something. Well, they can't! I have been getting rude phone calls from a lady named SAMANTHA MARTIN. She leaves at least 2 rude messages. She will not tell me what she is calling about. She just yells in the phone. I placed an order on their website. They stated it would take 2 weeks to deliver and charged my visa card immediately. About 2-3 days before the delivery date they sent a notice that the package was sent to the wrong address and gave me another delivery date. Surprise! The package never arrive. I purchased a DVD Box set of Carol Burnett episodes. What I got were 8 ripped DVDs of a TVLand Carol Burnett marathon off someone's VCR/DVR/TIVO. All they did was to remove the commercials. I opened a business called WEED WEAR. I opened an account w/ godaddy.com, and paid 9.98 from my bank account. Certegy immediately said the check bounced, when in fact it was paid.
