I purchased a bracelet 6/16/07... I did not wear it immediately but when I did, it broke--literally fell apart. On today, I finally got back into the store with the bracelet and was told nothing could be done. Two reasons were given: 1) I bought it 4 mos ago and, 2) it is not Marshall's problem if it broke. I submitted my handset nokia 3230 for repair on 29.12.2006 at HCL nokia care centre S-10 Green park ext New Delhi. I was given delivery date 01.01.2007. I have been informed that I am the lucky winner of google UK give away and advised to contact Swift Express Courier Service for collecting the prize money. Swift Courier asked me to remit the delivery charges for delivering prize money. I placed an order for lights on May 12th. I was told they would ship June 18th. Then July 27th. Then Aug 27th. Here it is Sept 4th, and still no lights and no response to my emails, calls, etc. If you try to talk to service status, you are ALWAYS put into a voice message and the calls do not get returned (they say it could take up to 2 days). I recently took a new internet broadband connection from Hathway Internet. The connection has been down since last week, but nothing has moved inspite of repeated reminders to the concerned authorities. Never received any response after E-mailing several times. When I purchased the DVD in June, 2007, I was only charged the shipping of $3.95. I've noticed a deduction from my account of $59.95 per month since then. When I called the company and told them I had not authorized the deductions and I wanted them reversed, I was told that it was impossible. I was told that this was noted in the "service agreement". They did reverse one charge, however, I'm still out 4 payments. On May 24, 2007, I placed an order for lights. They told me my lights would arrive within 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I emailed and asked what the status of my order was. Re: Hutch Mobile I have not received the hard copy of my bills for previous month nor the soft copy on my email id. I have spoken to call center several times regarding this issue but every time they give me an assurance that you will receive your e bill by end of the day. I have paid the amount of previous month by receiving the message from Hutch care but till now I don't have any idea of the call charges. I Paid almost two hundred dollars for two wheel chair batteries for my mothers wheelchair in July 07. That are completely useless to me. Their website states they ship within 3 days -it took over a month and they sent the wrong batteries (wrong size and will not fit in the battery cases). I tried contacting them on their website chat and also phoned and no response until another month passed by. A rep said he was going to look into this.
