A very rude, threatening man badgered my mother into paying $13, 000 on a student loan her granddaughter defaulted on. Fortunately I was able to stop the transaction but the strong arm tactics used to scare an elderly woman into paying on a defaulted loan that was not hers are beneath contempt. Sallie Mae "discharged" the loan to collection. My poor mom was coerced into co-signing a loan for her granddaughter who has defaulted on the loan and thrown her grandmother under the bus. I placed an order with InstantPublisher to produce 100 copies of my book. The turn around was not 7-10 days as promised and they delivered the wrong book to me when they did send the order. I told them when I needed the book and they failed to deliver the book in time. When the order was opened they sent someone elses order! I was so upset and got a refund for my order. Euclid Auto Service is a con-artist shop that preys on poor people and people ignorant to shop services. On June 7th 2011 this establishment took in a box truck which had a hydrolic lift gate that was leaking fluid. I think Hosieria is a very bad shopping site and they have very bad customer service manners. First of all, items are expensive. There were two I liked though but something went wrong during the online purchase. The details forms to fill in are bad because they only work for certain places in the world. My apartment came with basic cable service, so I went to Bresnan for bundled cable internet service. I asked for the cheapest, most basic internet service. The rep said the cheapest was 42.95. I enquired, and she said she would try to get me on a special. Basic service was 24.95. She said she got me on a special which went up to 42.95 after 2 months. After finally confronting the office in person, my service went to the lower rate: no adjustment. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Worst ride ever. The delivery was last second and barely arrived on time for the surgical appointment.
