These people have taken over the processing of claims from USCT in Basking Ridge New Jersey. This occured several months ago and they still have not processed my dental claim. These claims are in some cases a year old and in two others they are about to be a year old. I tried to fax the bills to them along with a letter, but I can't through to the fax. On May 18th, i ordered from the mint a $2 bill. one other $2 bill was free. the amount was $10.00 pluse $6.95 cents for shiping and handling. Sent two employees to a dental class in Emporia, KS. Office paid for hotel. First weekend the hotel was fair. The second weekend the room was terrible. I bought cute yellow shoes for over $ 200.00 because they claimed they were made for comfort. I was at the Venetian Hotel shops. My Chevy cruze eco is being advertised at 40mpg. I have been getting only 35mpg. Car has 5300 miles on it so it is broken in, This is in combination driving ( expressway, rural/city areas) My last car Toyota Corolla 2009 was getting 38mpg and my Hyndai Elantra 2001 was getting 36mpg for same type of driving style. I received a call from this Safety Services Company telling me I ordered a Safety manual from them when I didn't and then they tell you they made a mistake in their records. In the past I used them several years ago and this is how they harrass people to use them. I told no I dont want a manual and nothing to do with your company. They continued to call me, email me and phone me. I finally told them I will charge them with harrassment if they don't stop. Have had money dudected from account for FAMILYSAVECOM. One charge 11.98 and the other 3.98. Called the first time to let them know that I did not want their services and the credited back 3 months worthy and told me they would cancel membership. Now all of a sudden they are withdrawing from the account again. They gave me 3 months of credit back and have cancelled the membership. This time I have an agents name and employee number along with a confirmation number. Hopefully this will work and a report to the better business bureau. I purchased some fruniture on May 28, 2011 from Bel Furniture. My Sales person (Margarita) stated it could take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
