I was interested in 8Ta's new BB contract. I phoned 081180 to apply. The woman that I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful. She told me that 8Ta staff do not have the right pricing of their BlackBerry contracts. She advised that I should call one of their providers, Mobile Talk. What a sad excuse for a company. There should be a law against company's like this! Foshan Perth took my $800 for 2 traffic barriers and sent me 2 used, old, dirty barriers. You should see these crappy things. I've recieved calls from three different debt recovery businesses, they are Interchex Systems(will be refferred to as IS), Greenberg Wies & Associates(GWA), and yesterday from CIS. Easy VHS to DVD software and hardware came with a laptop system I bought. Did not try to use it for about a year or so after I got it. (Was no need) When I did try and use it the hardware would not be recognized by the system. After over a month of WEB based support, which a whole other topic of complaint, I still have no resolution to my problem, Roxio support keeps giving me the run around, and they wont replace the hardware without a receipt that I do not have any more. In 2007 I bought a used motorcycle from Tallahassee Power Sports. All seemed well and 17 months later I traded it in on a brand new model. What's up with a return policy that requires you to return the least expensive of two packaged items? I bought two of the exact same items, using JoAnn's store (40% off) coupon for one of them. Customer services promises re-delivery by 2 p.m. if call before 10 a.m. However, the papers are NEVER redelivered. They have sent only a brief letter stating include the dollar amount or the amount will be automaticaly deducted from the funds and thanked me for doing business with them.
