I had a transaction of $10.54 and another for $43.40 for a total of $53.94 which should have left me a balance of $21.06. According to Citi/prepaid card all I had left was $19 plus change. I then made a transaction of $18 which makes a total of $71.94. Later I found out that $3.06 was charged against the card because SEARS screwed up when attempting to place two on-line orders for me. I swear they are either in partnership to save money or Sears has some really inept personnel. Rebate cards are not worth it but if you do get one use it immediately and do it in person you might actually have a chance of getting the full rebate. read full review »

I went into Wynn Optics to have a minor adjustment on my glasses that were a few years old and had some minor scratches. When my glasses were returned to me there were deep scratches right above where the adjustment was made. We are supposed to be going to digital tv however you cannot get through one complete show on channel 7 without it having a bad signal. We have a new tv and therefore no need for a top box but find ourselves putting it back to analogue to watch a show. Unfortunately that means we don't get 7 mate which has some great shows. On 5/23/2011 I went to the opitcal center to order a new lens because the one I had a large scratch on them The lady informed me that only the frame had a warrenty on them. I said that was ok. Me and my husband were at getgo today and the pump was shut off on us. I had $1.50 off a gal. (allowed up to 30 gal.). The reason the employee gave us is that after I filled up my car, my husband then began to fill up a gas can he retreived from the back of his truck. She said that is not allowed. I have recently moved a house by a well known house moving company located in Mooresville NC. I unfortunately hired a contractor that did not complete his job or do what was needed to avoid water damage to the home. I lost entire ceilings and had water damage to furniture and woodwork. I received a notice saying that my Norton Antivirus program was ending, so I did renew it. I was charged $74.96, which was on April 26th.
