i ordered some 10xgreen coffee and the package was stopped by quarantine and customs because it didnt have a manufacturers declaration. i contacted the supplier a number of times and told them of what happend.they could not supply customs with the information they needed so therfor customs could not release the order to me. the supplier assured me that they would refund my money but they have not and they ignore my emails. im very upset as they state they guarantee money refund for any shipping difficulties or dissatisfaction and i think this incident falls under bothof these categories. read full review »

I ordered a replacement battery for a Shark vacuum from this company and was notified 3 days later that the order HAD shipped, complete with a tracking number. I kept checking it, but the post office tracking information would only say the post office had been notified that a package was ready for them to pick up. 2 weeks later, I sent emtcompany.com an email that was never responded to. And following that, I have requested multiple times for Starhub to transfer the outstanding credit amount for that post-paid mobile phone line against the cable TV. I purchased 500 usd of AMERICAN EXPRESS travelers cheques. Amex says if they are lost or stolen, u can get your money back. In my case, the last i saw the checks were in my suitcase. Plimus is up to its tricks again. I call it money laundering and I don't understand why PayPal puts up with it. This dentist Patel did a root canal on my infected tooth that was swollen for 3 days did not properly do a good job and ripped me off with more than$ 3, 800.00 after being approved with care credit. I decided not to go back and cancelled any services 2 days after due to poor practice and have to go to my primary doctor who gave me prescription for antibiotic and did some diagnostic tests and lab works. Its been two months now and I have to see endodontist and said that my root canal is not properly done. I bought 3 cell phone lines thru verizon in december of 2010. when i first got the phones i wasnt using them that often and then in January I started having more problems with my coverage. Had our furnace and ducts cleaned by this company June, 2010. Assumed that when we contracted them they would clean all of our vents. Discovered in Dec, 2010 that they missed 2. Called them, they advised they would do them when they were in our area (60 km from where they are located). I emailed them in April and May to enquire, got no response.
