Two unauthorized charges to my credit card - TLG Everyday and TLG Shopper - $19.99 each - and they did it THREE times November 2010, April 2011, and May 2011. I contacted my credit card company who will dispute the charges and credit my account. I have closed the account. I have two properties listed with then =- both for sale and both for rent. I have been calling repeatedly and there is no response. Are they still open. One of their guarantees is that they will issue a refund if I sell the property which I believe I have and for more the than 20% they advertise which could bring in a double refund. After being offered a position at T3 Communications and relocating out there, a previous employee who had been out on disablity shows up wanting her job back. Due to this company's finanacial problems they could not afford to pay both of us. The installers came to put in the windows and I noticed about a half hour after they arrived that my 2 labrador retrievers were missing. The installers had left the door open and my dogs got out. Turns out they were picked up by animal control and I had to pay $127 to get them back. When I returned with my dogs, I called the service department to express my concerns. We engaged Sylvia Scott in connection with a securities fraud investigation. Despite Sylvia Scott impressive appearing resume, she did not appear to know very much. Her approach was to promise a quick fix rellying on her contacts at FINRA. Instead, she pawned of the matter on inexperienced 2nd year associates. I placed an order for a DLP lamp in February. When I received it, the lamp wouldn't work so I called Bluestar 3 times and left messages with my phone number and order number each time. When I didn't hear back, I emailed them again, 3 times with order number and phone. I finally received a response back from Jonathan. Farber conversion of Winnebago vehicle as an employment center pretty much a failure. The vehicle is filled with low quality components and inappropriate RV features such as a large, conventional TV set in the driver's cabin (unit never worked, came loose and had to be removed), ugly and heavy oak trim (on a work vehicle?), poor quality doors and compartment fittings which broke immediately, and the list goes on.
