I was parked in the Zellers parking lot on 30 Sept, 10. I returned to my vehicle at 1700 hrs and noticed a Zellars cart in the side of my car!. My vehicle is a 2008 Mazda 3 GT (I bought it brand new in 2007!)I am still paying on this vehicle! There is a dent approx 1 inch in diameter with a scratch and paint transfer from the cart. On Monday evening November 1, I purchased the above-mentioned duvet cover set to include 1 Duvet Cover and 2 Pillow Shams. When I arrived home I opened the package to find the pillow shams were missing. In the evening of November 3, I returned to Customer Service and asked for a discount for missing pillow shams. This PowerMed Discount company (thru Atomic Processing) debited my mother's ck. acct. on 10-4-10 for $389.00 for a "renewal med. discount service". I disputed this charge and was told by Atomic Processing Company on 10-8-10 that my mother's ck. acct. would be refunded in 10-15 days. What is my re-course? We have had Comcast for years and have been pleased with it except that the bill keeps going up, , , way to high. Ever since they switched everything over to Infinity I hate it. The remote drags when you try to change channels. Ir hangs up on certain channels and will not change at all. It is good for someone that is interested in sports, but I hate sports.
