The most horrible experience I've ever had with a customer serivce rep. ANYWHERE resulted from a recent series of events I've had with Volvo and one of its dealer service centers. We boarded our 5 month old dog here and she disappeared. Story was a Hawk took her but that is BS. Either the dog was killed by one of her other dogs or the dog was Stolen. Horrible customer service. I tried to purchase a DPMS ar-15 upper 20" barrel 1-9" twist. They sent me a 1-8" twist. When I asked them they said that price and specs are subject to change with out notice. Centurylink offered to upgrade my internet speed to 10 gb from 1.5 for ten dollars per month more in January.
